M41T6x Serial Real-Time Clocks
STMicroelectronics M41T6x serial access real-time clocks feature counters for seconds, minutes, hours, day, date, month, years, and century. These clocks include a 32kHz crystal oscillator integrating load capacitance and high crystal series resistance operation. The M41T6x serial access real-time clocks provide a 350nA or 525nA timekeeping current at 3V, a low operating current of 35µA at 400KHz, and timekeeping down to 1V.
