Single Supply Logic Gates with Voltage Translation
Nexperia Single Supply Logic Gates with Voltage Translation support a wide 1.6V to 5.5V supply voltage range. These low-threshold input and overvoltage-tolerant solutions allow for up or down translation. At VCC = 3.3V, 74LV1T devices can be used in 1.8V to 3.3V level up translation. Output levels are referenced to the supply voltages and support 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5.0V CMOS levels. The wide supply voltage range ensures normal operation as battery voltage drops from 3.6V to 2.3V. These devices are fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF.
