Vishay Semiconductor AEC-Q101 Small Signal Switching Diodes are available in a variety of packages including DO-35, MicroMELF, MiniMELF SOD-80, QuadroMELF SOD-80, SOD-123, SOD-323, and SOT-23. The Vishay small signal switching diodes include a number of automotive qualified products. These switching diodes are silicon epitaxial planar constructed. The AEC-Q101 small signal switching diodes feature surface mount package ideally suited for automatic insertion.
