NCP160 LDO Voltage Regulators
ON Semiconductors NCP160 LDO Voltage Regulators are linear regulators supplying up to 250mA output current. These LDO regulators operate with 1µF input and 1µF output ceramic capacitors. The ON Semiconductor NCP160 regulators provide improved efficiency during light load conditions and low power dissipation at full load. Other features include low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. These regulators are ideal for power sensitive and noise-sensitive devices, and space constraint applications. These devices are available in ultra small 0.35P (0.65mm x 0.65mm) Chip Scale Package (CSP) and XDFN-4 0.65P (1mm x 1mm). 
Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators
ON Semiconductor Ultra-High PSRR LDO Regulators include the NCV816X and NCP16x families of linear regulators. The regulators are capable of supplying a 250mA to 700mA current output current. The NCV816x and NCP16x meet RF and analog circuit requirements. They provide low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The devices work with a 1µF input and a 1µF output ceramic capacitor.
