These SCRs offer excellent AC handling capability, surge robustness makes S8016xA rectifiers an ideal switch for input rectifiers. The S8016xA rectifiers provide, level-1 charging up to 16Arms at 120V and level-2 up to 16Arms at 240V, at 100ºC.
