TB67S Stepping Motor Driver ICs
Toshiba TB67S Stepping Motor Driver ICs are available in two-phase unipolar and bipolar variants. These motor drivers integrate silicon monolithic IC by BiCD process. The TB67S stepping motor driver ICs feature Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) controlled constant-current drive. These driver ICs operate at a temperature range of -20°C to 85°C. The TB67S stepping motor driver ICs incorporates SMD/SMT mounting style and comes in a WQFN-36 package.
