Analog Devices HMC232ALP4E SPDT Non-Reflective Switch is offered as a broadband, high isolation GaAs MESFET SPDT switch covering the DC to 12GHz range. Housed in a leadless QFN surface mount plastic package, the device provides >57dB isolation up to 3GHz and >45dB isolation up to 12GHz. The input P1dB compression is typically +30dBm, while input IP3 is +48 dBm.
