I ordered a batch of three packs of resistors from the seller. The seller saved money and sent the parcel instead of the shipping service i ordered by aliexpress saver shipping, cainiao super economy. When receiving the parcel it turned out that in the order of resistors 1 mega ohm is not enough 3 of 100 pieces, but it was trifles. The main problem was that 80-90 percent of resistors did not match the characteristics promised on the product page (960-970 kilo ohm). The seller wrote me a good english notification when sending the order. When i received the order i wrote him a letter with questions, trying to solve the situation, he did not answer anything at all. On the advice of the support service, i opened a dispute and requested a refund for 1 mega ohm resistors and their delivery, warning the seller in advance. The seller did not answer anything, did not try to correct the situation or explain his actions. I talked with the seller politely and respectfully. When the dispute was closed, he gave me a low rating, spoiling the rating.
