Microchip MCP14A0451 & MCP14A0452 4.5A MOSFET Drivers are high-speed and capable of providing up to 4.5A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. There are two output configurations available; inverting (MCP14A0451) and noninverting (MCP14A0452). The drivers feature low shoot through current, fast rise and fall times, and short propagation delays, making them ideal for high switching frequency applications.Learn More
