NCP502 CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators
ON Semiconductor NCP502 CMOS LDO Voltage Regulators feature an ultra-low quiescent current of 40µA and are designed for handheld-communication equipment and portable battery-powered applications. These regulators contain a voltage reference unit, an error amplifier, a PMOS power transistor, resistors for setting output voltage, current limit, and temperature limit protection circuits. The NCP502 LDO regulators are designed to be used with low-cost ceramic capacitors and are housed in the microminiature SC-70-5 surface mount package.
