QPL9098 Ultra Low Noise Gain Block Amplifiers
Qorvo QPL9098 Ultra Low Noise Gain Block Amplifiers are high-linearity amplifiers with integrated bypass mode functionality. QPL9098 are optimized for the 4.0Ghz to 6.0GHz frequency band and are targeted for wireless infrastructure. The 5.5GHz amplifiers are used in base-station receivers, antenna systems, and tower-mounted amplifiers. The amplifiers typically provide 19.6dB gain, +32dBm OIP3, and 1.3dB noise figure while drawing 68mA current from a +4.2V supply. QPL9098 are internally matched using an enhancement-high-electron-mobility-transistor (E-pHEMT) process and requires four external components for operation from a single positive supply.
