Qorvo QPA5368 Integrated Reverse Amplifier Module includes silicon bipolar die and features high output capability. This amplifier offers excellent linearity, superior return loss performnace, low distortion, optimal reliability, low noise unconditional stability under all terminations, and temperature sensing. The QPA5368 operates from 5MHz to 300MHz and features 35.6dB typical gain at 300MHz & 195mA typical at 12VDC. This integrated reverse amplifier is ideal for use in head end equipment and reverse path system application and available in a 20 pin, 11x8.5x1.375mm package.
