Qorvo QPC302x Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) Switches are Silicon On Insulator (SOI) switches designed for high-performance communication systems. These switches offer high isolation, symmetric topology, excellent linearity, and power handling capability. The design is non-reflective for QPC3024 and reflective for QPC3025 switches. The QPC302x switches operate at a frequency range of 5MHz to 3000MHz. These switches find applications in Multiple Dwelling Units (MDU) amplifiers, PCTV, point to point, optical nodes, and repeaters/boosters.
