BGA7024 / BGA7124 Medium Power MMICs
The NXP Semiconductors BGA7024 and BGA7124 medium power MMICs are manufactured in NXP´s breakthrough QUBiC4 process and deliver a comparable level of RF performance as their GaAs equivalents but at a lower cost and with additional features like thermal performance and ESD robustness. The NXP Semiconductors BGA7024 and BGA7124 MMICs also feature active biasing, quiescent adjustment, VGA interfaces, and a power-saving shutdown mode. These NXP Semiconductors MMICs increase design flexibility by supporting single-supply (3.3V / 5V) operation. The BGA7024 and BGA7124 are well-suited for use in wireless infrastructure, eMetering, broadband CPE, SMATV, W-LAN / ISM / RFID, MoCA, and industrial applications.
