MDxxx Bipolar Transistor for Slim CRT Displays
The STMicroelectronics MDxxx bipolar transistor for slim CRT displays is specifically designed to meet the challenging requirements for horizontal deflection in slim CRT displays. The STMicroelectronics MD1802FX and MD2001FX are built around EHVS1 planar technology that employs a float-zone collector on a diffused substrate with a redesigned high voltage edge structure. The MDxxx bipolar transistor offers high current capability and high switching speed, a wider range of optimum drive conditions, and a reduced saturation voltage at high current.
