RP512 DC/DC Converters
Ricoh Electronics RP512 DC/DC Converters are designed to achieve 0.3µA ultra-low operating quiescent current and are suitable for wearable and IoT devices. These RP512 DC/DC converters feature 2.0V to 5.5V wide VIN range, 0.01µA standby current, 10.6mm2 total mount area, and 300mA maximum output current. The wide range of VIN allows operation from coin cell to USB port. The RP512 DC/DC converters are available in various packages including DFN, WLCSP, and SOT. Typical applications include smartwatches, smart bands, Li-ion battery-used equipment, coin cell-used equipment, sensor devices, and energy harvesting.
