NCP4589 300mA Tri-Mode LDOs
ON Semiconductor NCP4589 300mA Tri-Mode CMOS Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulators (LDOs) switch to a low power mode under light current loads. The NCP4589 automatically switches back to a fast response mode as the output load increases above 3 mA (typ.), or it can be placed in permanent fast mode through a mode select pin. These ON Semiconductor 300mA Tri-Mode LDOs offer an operating input voltage range of 1.4V to 5.25V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 4.0V (available in 0.1V steps). NCP4589 LDOs are available in a variety of packages, including SC-70, SOT23, and an ultra thin 1.2 x 1.2 x 0.4mm XDFN. These ON Semiconductor devices are ideal for use in battery powered equipment, portable communication equipment, and cameras, image sensors, and camcorders.
