ON Semiconductor NCP4586 150mA Low Noise LDO Regulators offer low noise, high ripple rejection, low dropout, high output voltage accuracy, and low supply current. These LDO regulators are available in three configurations such as the enable high, enable low, and enable high plus auto-discharge. The NCP4586 regulators are available in small packages that allow mounting on high-density PCBs and are well-suited for many applications. These regulators automatically switch to low power mode under light current loads to save power and extend battery life.

ON Semiconductor NCP4587 150mA Tri-Mode CMOS Low Dropout Linear Voltage Regulators (LDOs) automatically switch to low power mode under light current loads to save power and extend battery life. The NCP4587 automatically switches back to a fast response mode as the output load increases above 3 mA (typ.), or it can be placed in permanent fast mode through a mode select pin. These ON Semiconductor 150mA Tri-Mode LDOs offer an operating input voltage range of 1.4V to 5.25V and an output voltage range of 0.8V to 4.0V (available in 0.1V steps). These ON Semiconductor devices allow you to choose between fast shutoff or fast restart of the output voltage.
