DG211CJ Quad SPST CMOS Analog Switches
Maxim Integrated DG211CJ quad SPST CMOS analog switch can be continuously operated with power supplies ranging from ±4.5V to ±18V. These Maxim Integrated IC analog switches will not latch up if the power supplies are disconnected with input signals still connected. The DG211CJ has guaranteed break-before-make switching. This quad SPST CMOS analog switch has a maximum turn-off time of 500ns and a maximum turn-on time of 1000ns. The DG211CJ consumes significantly lower power than earlier devices, making it ideal for portable applications. This new Maxim Integrated IC device also eliminates the need for the third (VL) power supply.
