F0424 Broadband RF Amplifier
IDT F0424 SiGe Broadband Radio Frequency (RF) Amplifier offers 600MHz to 4200MHz radio frequency range for operation. The RF amplifier comes with the combination of low noise figure and high linearity performance. This allows the device to be used in both receiver and transmitter applications. The F0424 SiGe broadband RF amplifier features 17.3dB gain with 40dbm OIP3 and 2.3dB noise figure at 2600MHz at 5V supply voltage. This RF amplifier operates at single 5V or 3.3V power supply using a nominal 70mA of Icc. The F0424 RF amplifier is classified under the SiGe class amplifiers that offer the benefit of longer reliability than GaAs amplifiers.

The RF amplifiers provide excellent RF performance with high reliability and high integration level. These RF amplifiers are readily applicable to wireless base stations, repeaters, military communication, and industrial equipment.
