ISL8215M DC-DC Step-Down Power Module
Renesas / Intersil ISL8215M DC-DC Step-Down Power Module is a single-channel, synchronous step-down, and a non-isolated complete power supply capable of delivering up to 15A of continuous current. This module allows adjustable output voltages from 0.6V to 12V with 1.5% accuracy over line, load, and temperature. The ISL8215M module operates from a single 7V to 42V wide input voltage range and provides a 60mA high power density with up to 96.5% efficiency.
