AL8822/AL8823 MR16 Dimmable LED Driver/Controllers: Diodes Incorporated AL8822/AL8823 MR16 Dimmable LED Driver/Controllers offer a low BOM, flicker-free solution for MR16 and compatible LED lamps. With an accurate constant current and up to 1MHz switching frequency, the AL8822/AL8823 has many advantages. The internal 50V/2A NDMOS switch offers the device a large output power capability. The AL8822/AL8823 has a proprietary control scheme, allowing the device to be compatible with many commonly used electronic transformers. The AL8822/AL8823 is available in SO-8/SO-8EP package and supports higher lamp powers/LED currents, with the external MOSFET.
