DMP4015 Automotive MOSFETs Protect ECUs
Diodes Inc. DMP4015 Automotive MOSFETs protect automotive Electronic Control Units (ECUs) against the risk of reverse battery connection. A growing number of automotive control applications are using ECUs with some vehicles deploying up to 80 EMUs. Protect each one with the cost-effective DMP4015. Only a minimal number of passive components are needed to drive the DMP4015, thus eliminating the switching topology of a charge pump. This also avoids issues with EMI emissions.
