R1560 Voltage Regulators
Ricoh Electronics R1560 Voltage Regulators are CMOS-based ultra-low power voltage regulators designed for automotive and industrial applications. These R1560 voltage regulators feature 5.5V to 60V input voltage, 100mA output current, overcurrent protection, short current limit circuit, and ±0.8% output voltage accuracy. The R1560 ultra-low power voltage regulators are available in HSOP-6J and TO-252-5-P2 packages which dissipate heat and saves space. These R1560 voltage regulators are an ideal constant voltage power source for industrial applications, on-vehicle accessories, electrical appliances and control units. Typical applications include Electric Vehicle (EV) inverters, Battery Management System (BMS), smart meters, surveillance cameras, vending machines, refrigerators, and digital TVs.
