    Transistor in another body (do not produce these transistors in the left body, in datasheet one single body as in the picture, and send another) transistors ring normally with diode, tester for transistors sees it as a serviceable mosfet but not igbt!!! Igbt such a tester will never open, as the opening voltage of the shutter is greater than the supply voltage of such testers. The original igbt with such a tester will show as capacitor or as diode. These mosfet transistors with a current of about 20 a, so they burn on the third-fourth electrode, with ideal epilations on the shutter.
