5% TRANSZORB Transient Voltage Suppressors
Vishay Surface Mount 5% TRANSZORB Transient Voltage Suppressors (TVS) are housed in low-profile packages and are ideal for automated placement. These suppressors have a very tight ±5% VBR tolerance and a low leakage current. The TRANSZORB suppressors are available in uni-directional and bi-directional devices with 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000 μs waveform. These TVS have excellent clamping capability and very fast response time.
SMBJxxD Series TVS
Vishay SMBJxxD Series TVS are ideal for automated placement and come in a low profile package. They have a ± 3.5%, very tight VBR  tolerance and are available in uni-directional. The SMBJxxD have a 600W peak pulse power capability with a 10/1000μs  waveform, repetitive rate (duty cycle): 0.01% and excellent clamping capability. Typical applications are for use in sensitive electronics protection against voltage transients induced by inductive load switching and lighting on ICs, MOSFETs, signal lines of sensor units for consumer, computer, industrial, and telecommunication.
