The BD97xx Switching Regulators features a wide input voltage range of 7V to 35V, an integrated 2A P-channel power MOSFET, ±2% high precision reference voltage, and an adjustable frequency of 50kHz - 500kHz. These switching regulators are available in different versions.Typical applications include DVD, DVD players, car audio or navigation systems, and  AV products.
