PS9122 High-Speed Photocoupler
The NEC / CEL PS9122 high-speed photocoupler is an active low type isolator containing a GaAlAs LED on the input side and a photodiode and signal processing circuit on the output side on one chip. The NEC / CEL PS9122 high-speed digital output type photocoupler features 1 Mbps speed, is designed specifically for low circuit current, and comes in a 5-pin plastic SOP. The NEC / CEL PS9122 photocoupler is suitable for high density applications, including PoE, measurement equipment, and FA networks.
