These automotive drivers package includes IC's for optical disc drivers (for CD/DVD/BD), DC brush motor, and 3-phase brushless DC drivers. Features include built-in overcurrent protection, overcurrent detection, charge pump, and thermal shut-down. These automotive motor actuator drivers are AEC-Q100 and AEC-Q101 qualified.
