This series of high-performance LDO regulators feature remarkable power supply rejection ratio characteristics (up to 92dB at 1kHz). LD39020 Quiescent Current Linear Regulators
STMicroelectronics LD39020 Very Low Quiescent Current Linear Regulators are a high accuracy voltage regulator that provides 200mA of maximum current from an input voltage ranging from 1.5V to 5.5V, with a typical dropout voltage of 200mV. These are available in DFN 1x1-4L package, allowing maximum space saving. These devices are stabilized with a ceramic capacitor on the output. The ultra low drop voltage, low quiescent current and low noise features, together with the internal soft-start circuit, make the LD39020 suitable for low power battery-operated applications.Learn More
