The OP162 (single), OP262 (dual), OP462 (quad) rail-to-rail 15 MHz amplifiers feature the extra speed new designs require, with the benefits of precision and low power operation. With their incredibly low offset voltage of 45 µV (typ) and low noise, they are perfectly suited for precision filter applications and instrumentation. The low supply current of 500 µA (typ) is critical for portable or densely packed designs. In addition, the rail-to-rail output swing provides greater dynamic range and control than standard video amplifiers provide. These products operate from single supplies as low as +2.7 V to dual supplies of ±6 V. The fast settling times and wide output swings recommend them for buffers to sampling A/D converters. The output drive of 30 mA (sink and source) is needed for many audio and display applications; more output current can be supplied for limited durations. The OP162 family is specified over the extended industrial temperature range (-40°C to +125°C). The single OP162 and dual OP262 are available in 8-pin PDIP, SOIC and TSSOP packages. The quad OP462 is available in 14-pin PDIP, narrow-body SOIC and TSSOP packages. The H grade listed in the specification tables reflects the different offset voltage available in the TSSOP.

The AD8044 is a quad low power, voltage feedback, high speed amplifier designed to operate on +3 V, +5 V or ±5 V supplies. It has true single-supply capability with an input voltage range extending 200 mV below the negative rail and within 1 V of the positive rail. The output voltage swing extends to within 25 mV of each rail, providing the maximum output dynamic range. Additionally, it features gain flatness of 0.1 dB to 12 MHz while offering differential gain and phase error of 0.04% and 0.22° on a single +5 V supply. This makes the AD8044 ideal for video electronics such as cameras, video switchers or any high speed portable equipment. The AD8044's low distortion and fast settling make it ideal for active filter applications. The AD8044 offers low power supply current of 13.1 mA max and can run on a single +3.3 V power supply. These features are ideally suited for portable and battery powered applications where size and power are critical. The wide bandwidth of 150 MHz along with 170 V/µs of slew rate on a single +5 V supply make the AD8044 useful in many general purpose, high speed applications where dual power supplies of up to ±6 V and single supplies from +3 V to +12 V are needed. The AD8044 is available in 14-pin plastic DIP and SOIC.

The AD8614 (single) and AD8644 (quad) are single-supply, 5.5 MHz bandwidth, rail-to-rail amplifiers optimized for LCD monitor applications. They are processed using the Analog Devices, Inc. high voltage, extra fast complementary bipolar (HV XFCB) process. This proprietary process includes trench-isolated transistors that lower internal parasitic capacitance, which improves gain bandwidth, phase margin, and capacitive load drive. The low supply current of 800 µA (typical) per amplifier is critical for portable or densely packed designs. In addition, the rail-to-rail output swing provides greater dynamic range and control than standard video amplifiers provide. These products operate from supplies of 5 V to as high as 18 V. The unique combination of an output drive of 70 mA, high slew rates, and high capacitive drive capability makes the AD8614/AD8644 an ideal choice for LCD applications. The AD8614 and AD8644 are specified over the temperature range of –20°C to +85°C. They are available in 5-lead SOT-23, 14-lead TSSOP, and 14-lead SOIC surface-mount packages in tape and reel. The VHCT04A is an advanced high speed CMOS Inverter fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is composed of 3 stages including buffer output, which provide high noise immunity and stable output. Protection circuits ensure that 0V to 7V can be applied to the input pins without regard to the supply voltage and to the output pins with VCC = 0V. These circuits prevent device destruction due to mismatched supply and input/output voltages. This device can be used to interface 3V to 5V systems and two supply systems such as battery backup.
