The output of the SN74LVC1G06 device is open-drain and can be connected to other open-drain outputs to implement active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions. The maximum sink current is 32 mA.

This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff.The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs when the device is powered down. This inhibits current backflow into the device which prevents damage to the device.
SN74LVC1G06 Single Inverter Buffer/Drivers
OMO Electronic SN74LVC1G06 Single Inverter Buffer/Drivers with Open-Drain Output is developed for 1.65V to 5.5V VCC operation, and comes in NanoFree packaging. The NanoFree packaging offers a major development by using the die as the package. Active-low wired-OR or active-high wired-AND functions are implemented by the open drain output connecting through other outputs. The device offers ±24mA Output Drive at 3.3V for open-drain devices, low 10µA maximum power consumption, and a maximum sink current of 32mA. The SN74LVC1G06 utilizes Ioff circuitry to disable outputs when the device is powered down, inhibiting current backflow and preventing damage. Applying the Ioff circuitry the SN74LVC1G06 is fully specified for partial-power-down applications.
