IS2xES eMMC Flash Drives
ISSI IS2xES eMMC Flash Drives integrate Multi-Level Cell (MLC) NAND memory and an intelligent Embedded Multimedia Card (eMMC) controller and provide a standard interface to the host. These flash drives are available from 4GB to 64GB user densities. The IS2xES flash drives implement functions like bad block management, error handling (error-correcting code), static and dynamic wear-leveling, Input/Output Operations Per Second (IOPS) optimization, and read sensing. These flash drives support an enhanced mode where the device can be configured as pseudo-Single Level Cell (pSLC) for higher read/write performance, endurance, and reliability. The IS2xES flash drives are available in industrial grade in both 100-ball Ball Grid Array (BGA), 153-ball BGA, and managed NAND.
