ON Semiconductor NTD5Cx Power MOSFETs are single N-Channel MOSFETs with low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses and low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses. These power MOSFETs offer 40V and 60V Drain Source Voltage (VDS). The NTD5Cx power MOSFETs operate at -55°C to 175°C operating and junction temperature range. These NTD5Cx MOSFETs are Pb-free, halogen-free/BFR free, and are RoHS compliant devices.
