Quality pipets. They couldn't even clean the flux. Soldering as if a schoolboy of the first class the first time a soldering iron in his hands was held. The quality of silkscreen printing on the board as if done with a smear. At least it works. The load in 1 m mode issued 0.8a in the second 1.57 a.
