L5963 Dual Monolithic Switching Regulator
STMicroelectronics L5963 Dual Monolithic Switching Regulator with LDO and HSD can operate as a standby regulator or a normal LDO. The L5963 features internal power switches, a high side driver and a low drop-out linear regulator. The regulators can connect directly to a vehicle battery. The synchronization input allows high operating frequency to reduce AM and FM interferences. Also, low cost inductors and capacitors can be used.
