    Description good, delivery two weeks. I take not the first time and always all work. To prevent overheating of the chip, i immediately change r3 to 1.5 coma. Thus, the charging current is reduced to about 0.8 a. Slightly increases the battery charge time, but this gives an advantage in the durability of the circuit and the battery. Seller thanks!
