Leds are bright. I recommend to buy.

The parcel was 97 instead of 100. Capacity in the area 78 uf-85 uf. At first i did not believe that they are real at 16 v. Suspected it was 6.3 v. But the tests showed that when applying a constant voltage of 32 v capacitor did not break through. So it seems real at 16 v, although even now it is believed with difficulty.
