RFCM3227 & RFCM3228 Amplifier Modules
Qorvo RFCM3327 and RFCM3328 Amplifier Modules are CATV Power Doubler SMD Multi-Chip Modules (MCMs). Both Qorvo RFCM3327 and RFCM3328 amplifier modules operate from 45MHZ to 1218MHz for DOCSIS (Data Over Cable Service Interface Specification) 3.1 requirements. The Qorvo RFCM3327 offers a 22.5dB minimum gain at 1218MHz. The Qorvo RFCM3328 offers a 25.0dB minimum gain at 1218MHz. Using a combination of GaAs pHEMT and GaN HEMT technologies, the RFCM3327 and RFCM3328 MCMs are unconditionally stable under all terminations while offering excellent linearity and optimal reliability.The DC current of the RFCM3327 and RFCM332 modules can be externally adjusted for optimum distortion performance versus power consumption over a wide range of output level. Within the recommended range of current between 470mA and 370mA gain change is less than 0.2dB (typical) and noise figure change is less than 0.2dB (typical). Both modules include a temperature sensing feature, allowing monitoring of the backside temperature.Learn More
