It is specially suited for use in switching power supplies and industrial applications as welder and UPS application.

On Semiconductor FFPF20UA60DN Ultra Fast II Dual Diode is a rectifier with low forward voltage drop and rugged UIS capability. This rectifier is intended for use as freewheeling and clamping rectifiers in a variety of switching power supplies, power switching, and industrial applications. The FFPF20UA60DN rectifier features high-speed switching, high reverse voltage, high reliability, and is avalanche energy rated. This rectifier finds its applications in boost diode in PFC and SMPS.
