Analog Devices LTM46xx µModule Regulators are system-in-package (SiP) power management solutions with integrated DC-DC controllers, inductors, power transistors, compensation components, input and output capacitors in a compact, surface-mount BGA or LGA package. The LTM46xx µModule Regulators support functions such as Step-Down (buck), Step-Up (boost), and Step-Down and Step-Up (buck-boost), and are available with a wide range of features. Select products are low-EMI solution compliant with EN55022 class B standards, CISPR 22 (Class B) & CISPR 25 (Class 5). LTM4650/1 DC/DC μModule® Regulators
Linear Technology/Analog Devices LTM4650/1 DC/DC μModule® Regulators are dual 25A or single 50A output power modules. The LTM4650/1 contain a switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all supporting components. External compensation allows for fast transient response to minimize output capacitance when powering FPGAs, ASICs, and processors.
