The NC7WZ07 is a dual buffer with open drain outputs from Fairchild's Ultra High Speed Series of TinyLogic®. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra-high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.65V to 5.5V VCC range. The inputs and outputs are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 7V independent of VCC operating voltage.
74AUPxG/74LVCxG Buffer ICs
NXP Semiconductors 74AUPxG/74LVCxG Buffer ICs include several dual and single, non-inverting buffer ICs.- The 74AUP2G125 and 74LVC2G125 provide the dual non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state output.- The 74LVC1G125 provides one non-inverting buffer/line driver with 3-state output.- The 74AUP1G07 provides the single non-inverting buffer with open-drain output.- The 74LVC2G34 provides two buffers.For 74LVC2G125, 74LVC2G34, and 74LVC1G125, inputs can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices. This feature allows the use of these devices in a mixed 3.3V and 5V environment. Each NXP Semiconductors 74AUPxG/74LVCxG Buffer IC is fully specified for partial power-down applications using IOFF. The IOFF circuitry disables the output, preventing a damaging backflow current through the device when it is powered down.
