SPI Automotive Temperature Serial EEPROMs
Microchip Technology SPI Automotive Temperature Serial EEPROMs are optimized for use in automotive applications requiring low-power and low-voltage operation. These serial EEPROMS feature 5MHz clock rate, extended temperature range, 32-byte page mode, high reliability, block write protection, and self-time write cycle. The SPI Automotive Temperature Serial EEPROMs are enabled through the Chip Select pin (CS) and can be accessed via a 3-wire interface. The 3-wire interface consists of Serial Clock (SCK), Serial Data Input (SI), and Serial Data Output (SO). These EEPROMs are available in space-saving 8-lead JEDEC SOIC, 8-pad UDFN, and 8-lead TSSOP packages.
