With high-frequency operation and temperature-Independent Switching Behavior, Cree's Z-Rec Zero Recovery Rectifiers provide extremely fast switching with virtually no switching losses, as well as the ability to parallel devices without thermal runaway, reducing heat sink requirements. The unipolar Cree Z-Rec Zero Recovery Silicon Carbide Schottky Diodes can replace bipolar rectifiers and are useful in switch mode power supplies, power factor correction, and motor drives.

Cree C5D50065D Z-Rec silicon carbide schottky diode is a 650V rectifier with zero reverse recovery current and zero forward recovery voltage. The C5D50065D features high-frequency operation, temperature-independent switching behavior with extremely fast switching, and positive temperature coefficient on VF. Cree C5D50065D Z-Rec schottky diode provides essential benefits including higher efficiency, essentially no switching losses, and a reduction of heat sink requirements.
