The Toshiba two-phase bipolar stepping motor drivers are fabricated with the BiCD (Bipolar, Complimentary MOS, and Double-diffused MOS) process. The bipolar stepping motor drivers are rated from 40V/2.0A to 40V/3.0A. The motor drivers use a single VM power supply to control the stepping motor through the on-chip voltage regulator.
