The AC/DC converter ICs feature auto-restart capability, 650V circuit start voltage, and low switching frequencies of 65kHz and 100kHz. These converter ICs are available in the more commonly used SOP8 SMD package. Typical applications include AC adapters, industrial equipment, and household appliances.

BD7F100/200 Isolated Flyback Converters
ROHM Semiconductor BD7F100 and BD7F200 Isolated Flyback Converters are optocoupler-less converters featuring a small-size and high reliability. The BD7F100 and BD7F200 converters allow for the output voltage to be set by two external resistors and the transformer turn ratio, eliminating the need for an optocoupler or a transformer tertiary winding.
