Cypress S6AE101A Energy Harvesting Power Management ICs enable tiny solar-powered wireless sensors for Internet of Things (IoT) applications. Cypress S6AE101A is the lowest power, single-chip energy harvesting PMIC and is designed for use with solar cells as small as 1cm2. S6AE101A offers startup power of 1.2µW and consumption current as low as 250nA. This low power performance maximizes the power available for the sensing, processing, and communications functions of a target application. These Cypress PMICs are fully integrated and ideal for battery-less Wireless Sensor Nodes (WSNs) that monitor physical and environmental conditions for smart homes, commercial buildings, factories, infrastructure, and agriculture.Learn More
