Triple- and Quad-Channel Digital Isolators
OMO Electronic´ ISO7230/ISO7240 triple- and quad-channel digital isolators are the fastest, most precise digital isolators with the highest magnetic immunity and longest life. The ISO7230 has three channels in the same direction and the ISO7240 has four channels in the same direction. The devices have a digital logic input and output buffer separated by TI's capacitive isolation barrier technology which provides galvanic isolation of up to 4000V. Both devices come in 1Mbps, 25Mbps, and 150Mbps speed grades that can operate from 0Mbps to the rated speed. The devices block high voltage, isolate grounds, and prevent noise currents from entering the local ground and interfering with or damaging sensitive circuitry.
