MAX17523 Over Voltage & Over Current Protection
Maxim MAX17523 Adjustable Over Voltage and Over Current Protection IC is ideal for protecting systems against positive and negative input voltage faults up to ±40V. This device features low 190mΩ (typical) RON integrated FETs. The adjustable over voltage range is between 6V and 36V, while the adjustable under voltage range is between 4.5V and 24V. The over voltage-lockout (OVLO) and under voltage lockout (UVLO) thresholds are set using optional external resistors. The factory preset internal OVLO threshold is 33V (typical), and the preset internal UVLO threshold is 19V (typical).
