Si4x55-C RF Transceivers
Silicon Labs Si4x55-C RF Transceivers are based on Si4055 transmit-only device and Si4355 receiver-only device. The Si4x55-C RF transceivers combine plug-and-play simplicity with the flexibility need to handle a wide variety of applications. The compact 3mm x 3mm package size combined with a low external BOM count makes the Si4x55 space efficient and cost effective. Si4x55-C transceivers provide +13dBm output power and excellent sensitivity of -116dBm. These transceivers also provide superior battery life of 40nA and operate at 284MHz to 960MHz. Features include low active power consumption, 500kbps of maximum data rate, and 1.8V to 3.6V of power supply rating.
